We want you to be happy with your purchase. Because our products are digital files delivered instantly, the following applies.

Digital downloads

Each session is a downloadable file delivered immediately after purchase. Since the file cannot be "returned" once downloaded, sales are generally final.

When we'll make it right

If a file is defective, won't download, was charged in error, or materially differs from what its product page states - wrong length, wrong frequencies, wrong format, or missing files - contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll make it right: a working replacement or a refund, your choice. We handle these case by case and in good faith.

Because these are inner-practice tools, not outcome products, we don't offer refunds based on the subjective experience of a session. What we guarantee is that you receive exactly the instrument described - its stated length, frequencies, and format, delivered and working.

How to request

Email support@awakeningup.com with your order number and a short description of the problem. Approved refunds are processed through our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, back to your original payment method.
