Awakeningup is operated by RoloTech LLC ("we," "us"), Toledo, Ohio, USA. By using this website or purchasing our products, you agree to these terms.

What we sell

We sell downloadable digital audio sessions (lossless FLAC files) designed for relaxation, focus, meditation, and consciousness exploration. Purchases are one-time and are delivered as instant downloads — there are no subscriptions.

Your license

When you buy a session, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the file for your own private, non-commercial listening. You may not resell, redistribute, share, publicly broadcast, or include the files in other products. We retain all intellectual-property rights in the audio and this site.

Payments

Payments are processed by our reseller and merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, whose terms and privacy policy also apply to your purchase. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.

No medical or therapeutic claims

Our products are experiential audio tools, not medical devices, and make no diagnostic or therapeutic claims. They are not a treatment for any condition. Use at sensible volumes; if you have a seizure disorder or any medical condition, consult a doctor first; and never listen while driving or operating machinery.

"As is" / limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoloTech LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from their use.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
