Sleep Well

Five full length sleep sessions, 2 hours and 44 minutes in total, each one built to do the same job a different way: take you from an awake, wound up 10 Hz down into the 1.5 to 3 Hz range where deep sleep lives.

Every track is a real descent, not a loop. The entrainment frequency steps down in stages across the runtime, so the track is always ahead of you by a little, and you follow it. Underneath that spine sit the supporting layers: warm pads, resonant release fields, wind, rain, choir, and slow spatial movement that keeps the ear from locking on to anything.

Five different doors into the same room. Pick the one that matches the night you are having. Rainfall Sleep if you want weather. Choir Of Sleep if you want voices. Deep Field if you want space. Descent Into Sleep if you want the most direct staircase down. Nightfall Bloom if you want the sound to open up around you.

The five tracks, in full

1. Descent Into Sleep 34:40 · 10 Hz to 1.6 Hz

The plainest track in the pack and the most effective one for a busy head. There is no weather and no scenery. It is a staircase.

It moves in five stages of roughly seven and a half minutes each. Alpha at a steady 10 Hz to let the day settle. Theta from 8 down to 7. Deeper theta from 6 down to 5. The delta edge from 4 down to 3. Then the last five minutes at 2 falling to 1.6 Hz, held while the track fades out under you.

Around that spine there is very little, on purpose. A breathing noise bed drifts slowly across the stereo field for the whole 34 minutes. A warm pad on 98 Hz holds a sub and a fifth with a slow 3 Hz pulse. A 97.5 Hz release field sways underneath from the five minute mark, and a monaural pair at 100 and 97 Hz adds a second 3 Hz beat from about twelve minutes in. In the last ten minutes an ethereal Om choir rises on 98 Hz and stays until the end.

2. Nightfall Bloom 34:30 · 10 Hz to 1.8 Hz

Takes the same descent as the rest of the pack and makes it feel like an opening rather than a drop.

Four stages: alpha at 10 Hz easing to 7, theta at 6, delta at 3, and deep delta at 1.8 held to the end. What makes it different is what happens 45 seconds into each stage. The tone blooms across three octaves and cross fades over twenty seconds, so the shift is felt as the room getting wider, not as the sound changing. A vortex carrier drifts continuously between 3 and 6 Hz underneath, moving through the stereo field so nothing ever sits still.

The room around it is the largest in the pack. A glass pad on 741 Hz holds a fifth and an octave in a cavern reverb for the entire 34 minutes. A 97.5 Hz release field sways underneath. Wind and a soft noise bed breathe across the space. In the last eleven minutes an ethereal Om choir rises on 108 Hz, and two orbiting 432 Hz accents pass overhead as the descent deepens.

3. Choir Of Sleep 29:00 · 8 Hz to 3 Hz

The warmest track in the pack, and the shortest. Instead of tones carrying the descent, voices do.

Three choirs take turns. It opens with a closed female hum on 108 Hz, a fifth and an octave wide, carrying an 8 Hz binaural beat. At about nine minutes an ethereal Om takes over at 5 Hz. At about nineteen minutes a deep male Aum with a long hum tail comes in on a sub and a fifth, carrying 3 Hz, and holds to the end. Each handover overlaps by twenty seconds, so you never hear one voice stop.

Underneath all three, a choir pad wash sits on 136.1 Hz, the OM tone, in a wide major ninth with a 6 Hz isochronic pulse. A resonant field on the same 136.1 Hz sways slowly for the first 23 minutes. A separate binaural line drifts from 7 Hz down to 4 Hz across the middle of the track, and a monaural pair at 98.5 and 95.5 Hz adds a 3 Hz beat over the last nine minutes. If the tone based tracks feel too clinical, start here.

4. Deep Field 35:00 · 7.83 Hz to 1.5 Hz

The track for when you want to feel like you are somewhere very large and very far away.

It opens on the Schumann resonance, 7.83 Hz, delivered five separate times across the runtime as spatial fields that arrive, orbit overhead on a 432 Hz isochronic tone, and drift out again. Between them, a cavern sweep drops from 4.5 Hz to 1.5 Hz over thirteen minutes on an 80 Hz carrier, heavily filtered and reverberant, which is the deepest single move in the whole pack.

The middle third settles into a steady 4 Hz theta bloom on a 120 Hz carrier. The last eight minutes hand over to a 528 Hz isochronic tone pulsing at 2.5 Hz, moving slowly around the head. A monaural pair at 100 and 97 Hz holds a 3 Hz beat underneath from the 23 minute mark. Wind runs the entire 35 minutes with a slow throb and a cavern tail. There are no voices and no melody anywhere in this track.

5. Rainfall Sleep 30:30 · 8 Hz to 3.5 Hz

Hides the machinery. If someone else is in the room, this is the one that just sounds like weather.

Steady rain runs the full 30 minutes, built from three layers: a wide wash, scattered drops spread almost fully across the stereo field, and a low brown body underneath. The rain itself carries the entrainment. The first fifteen minutes hold an 8 Hz binaural beat on a 110 Hz carrier, then the rain crossfades into a second pass carrying 5 Hz that runs to the end. A stream flows underneath from about six minutes to twenty two.

Behind the weather, a warm pad on 108 Hz holds a fifth with a 6 Hz isochronic pulse for the whole track, and a 99 Hz resonant field sways beneath it. From fifteen minutes a 432 Hz isochronic tone pulses at 3.5 Hz and moves slowly around the head. A binaural bloom drifts from 5 Hz to 4 Hz through the middle, and a monaural pair at 100 and 96 Hz carries a 4 Hz beat through the final nine minutes.
